The Kanan Devan Hills Plantations Company Private Limited (KDHP) has its tea plantations in Munnar, Kerala. With 7 extensive gardens covering approximately 24,000 hectares, the company is today the largest tea corporate in South India with an annual production of 21 million kg of tea. The NESSO-KDHP joint venture would ensure consistency in raw material supply. It would help us attain sustainable harvesting, quality control, and quality assurance of raw material in accordance with internationally accepted standards. Good agricultural and collection practices adopted by KDHP would ensure traceability of raw material, which will in turn lead to consistency and improvement in the predictability of green tea extract quality.
